Lovely hotel
Location is excellent, metro to the airport just outside the hotel and easy enough to get to other parts of Lisbon from here. Hotel was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Also the pool was great in the evening to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was alright, had everything you want but nothing too exciting. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Very few room amenities. Hand soap at the sink and body soap in the tub. No face soap or lotion. No kettle in the room. The room was very tiny. Check in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was standard hotel food. I will stay here again if I have no other choice, but won't go out of my way to stay here. No reason to recommend this hotel to friends or family. A very forgettable experience.

We stayed in Porto first, then Tomar afterwards. The staff in the hotels at the other locations were lovely & so helpful. At SANA, everyone seemed unhappy & not helpful. The bed & pillows were also uncomfortable! The pool was the saving grace!

Nice hotel, good location, recommended
The bedroom was small with a very small window, so not much light, but then you are not in the room that much. Bed was very big and comfy. Having a pool and sauna was really nice, the jacuzzi part was not that good. Not every jet worked and not very powerful. Breakfast was not brilliant, very small selection, quite uninspiring. Location is good for transport and staff very helpful. Staff nice Overall, recommended

The suite was perfect for our needs. The bathroom was a little small, and the tub/shower made a wet mess but a shower towel helped keep the water contained. The property was literally right across the street from the Metro lines which runs to the airport. Wish I knew that before booking a car service. The pool and sauna were nice. The breakfast menu did not change so it got old eating the same thing everyday, and there wasn’t much for people with dietary restrictions. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again. The location was so convenient and the staff excellent.

This property was just fine. It was out of the city Center but there was a metro station right across the road and that made it fairly easy to get around. You are right on the airport flight path so you could hear planes going over head but it was quite between midnight and 5:30 am. We weren’t really too bothered by that. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was fine but didn’t really get changed up much and there were no condiments like pancake syrup, mustard or ketchup. To be fair, that seems to be common to Portugal and not just this hotel. (We stayed at 3 different ones). I was expecting a bigger pool based on the pictures I saw online. It was certainly nice to have one, but expect it to feel crowded if there are more than 6 people in there at once. Luckily it wasn’t used very much when we wanted to use it. The other issue that I hope the hotel addresses sometime is the lack of power outlets in the room. There were only 2 so it made it a scheduling chore to get all of our electronics and watches charged up at night. It made us sure appreciate when hotels have lamps with USB plugs. The rooms were clean and well cared. There were also some good restaurants in the area that we found with Google maps. So for us, this wasn’t a bad hotel but another time we might consider something else. Old City centre might be nice but then you pay for that in the price of the hotel room.

We loved the location! Close to Lovely park leading to Atlantic’s ocean and subway rides to downtown and airport. The staff is confused and entered our room accessing our safe and breaching our privacy. Big NO! Very disappointed in staff service level. The only staff that was brilliant was cleaning staff! Tough to return to this hotel with this experience! Too bad. Location is close to many loverly restaurants the best one is called “Italy”

This hotel was relatively expensive but cuts every corner you can think of. Our room was a little warm so we tried to turn the AC down a few degrees but the panel was locked and said it was “centrally controlled.” In the middle of the night it got even hotter and there was no way to turn the AC up, they were doing this on their end to save money. The poolside drinks were very over priced and tasted terrible, like the “free” ones you get on a $20 “all-you-can-drink” rum cruise in Mexico… Those were just the highlights of the lowlights and indicative of the overall flavor of the place. The staff was pleasant and it was literally right across the street from the blue and red metro line station so that was a positive but the corner cutting really dented the overall experience, especially everyone waking up in a 4 star hotel in the middle of the night drenched in sweat because they gradually let the temperature go up to save money.

The front desk card readers were declining 2 cards 7 times and both of my accounts were charged.. my friend had the same issue with another Sana hotel. Please FIX your terminals. It shouldn't give you declined receipt if funds are going through. This is simply not acceptable

Great hotel with rooftop pool in a quiet area
Really enjoyed this quiet hotel with a rooftop pool in a quieter area of Lisbon. The entrance to the subway lines are right across from the hotel, so easy to get around. Front desk staff were very helpful and they had hand sanitizer placed next to the elevator on every floor to keep “clean” in these COVID times. I would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant, give it a go.
Stayed at the hotel for a week and was not disappointed. Excellent position for travel within the area be it by Metro, bus services or walking. Hotel was clean and quiet with no noticable traffic noise (our room was front facing overlooking the street) Roof top pool was clean and very popular during our stay. We only had booked breakfast but what was offered was very good and plentiful setting you up nicely for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had our Easter 2022 break here. We know the area well, so can recommend for that alone, close to some good local restaurants and shopping and not too far from tourist areas. Staff good, breakfast really nice, pool and sauna really good too. Only complaints are the incredibly slow lift and it’s too loud! We could hear the cistern flow from the room next to us, people talking through the walls. Was charged €5 for a kettle which I don’t understand why this seems to be a common trend of late but, was one of the cheaper “kettle rents” I’ve had to pay. Overall good hotel, not one I’d recommend but if you’ve limited options then it’s a safe bet.

Beware of your belongings
This was the last stop of our honeymoon trip and we couldn't have left more disappointed. The last day of our stay my wife's ring got missing from the room as she took it off and left it on the desk before the shower and forgot to put it back on afterwards. We left the room to do some shopping and when we came back the ring wasn't there. We searched the room like crazy and couln't find it. When we first reported it, they suggested the she probably lost it elsewhere but they would ask the staff anyways. As we had an early flight the next day we wanted to fill in a formal complain when we checked out but the front desk guy suggested that we waited until they seached the room the next day and they would send us an email and if anything we could fill the complain online. We in good heart decided to wait. Next day they sent us an email informing that they couldn't find the ring and we asked for the link to fill the complain and they tried to trick us by sending a survey instead the actual complaint book that we found later on in their website. Very sad that they take such a serious issue so lightly, blame the guest and then try to deceive them by trying to trick them into not complaining formally. Worst experience ever!

Terrible a kind of Traumatic Stay
My stay completely terrible! I will never stay any SANA hotels again. No internet, dirty, noisy, no air-condition (your room temperature controlled by reception and you have to call a few times, so hot and humidly room. I missed lots of meeting because Wi-Fi has no internet connection. Room is too small and dark no sunlight. İt was traumatic stay. and Hotels.com and SANA Group did not help me.

Great location, good and friendly staff. Clean and tidy as well. Metro station just on the other side of the hotel. Lots of bars and restaurants around with a big mall just 5mins walk.

Good looking, vibrant hotel. Very friendly staff from reception, cleaners down to the bar guys. Very good pool, lobby bar and breakfast facilities. Definitely go back there.
