Dear Michael,Thank you for your review. I must say that i am very surprised with your words.The Lawrences Hotel is situaded on the heart of Sintra, a medieval town and also very touristic. Due to our prime location and to the carachteristic of the town, parking is not easy. On the confirmation of all of our reservations we always inform that, the streets are narrow and most of them, private for residents. The hotel has a private garage with an additional cost, that is closed every night and besides that, we also have 2 free spots on the street that are upon availability. The hotel offered all the possibilities for you to park, we even send a person to go with you inside your car, to help you park,we gave the possibility to remove a car from the street so you can park your car, but you refused all the options and all the effort that our staff made to welcome and help you. Im sad that, you have left the hotel without knowing the hotel, the rooms, the service. In case you would like to visit us, we'll be happy to welcome you, so you can change your opinion about us.Kind regards,
