Property was quite noisy due to it being near an intersection. Trains running next to it as well. Had trouble finding a place open to eat when we wanted it possibly due to it being Monday.

This is a very comfortable hotel for a stay in Lisbon. Room was large and well equipped. Service was excellent. We were tired after touring, so we grabbed a glass of wine and a hamburger in the bar. It was the best burger I had in Portugal! It is located in a busy section downtown, so of course there is noise. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear crying babies.

Spent 2 nights here. Breakfast was good. Nice helpful staff. Walked to shops and restaurants. Parking garage was 2 blocks away as hotel parking was “broken”. Room size was big.

Booked a double bed and arrived hours before checkin and was given 2 twins at check in time. Zero interest in front reception to rectify situation… Also restaurant had menu to order posted outside- went upstairs and changed and came down to discover it was changed to a buffet. Also charged a 40€ fee at check in that wasn’t mentioned when booking. Room was okay - nothing fancy and no ice to be had… Overall not worth the money. Wouldn’t stay again.

I liked the area, the room, and the staff. The area is conveniently located to shopping and resteraunts. Parking is a hassle, we had to park offsite. The rooms are clean and the staff are accommodating, the breakfast was good also. I would definitely stay there again.

Prices are great. Location is decent. There is a train that runs next to the hotel that caused a bit of noise but that's a minor quibble.

Nice hotel very good breakfast close to airport. Lots of taxis €10 to and from airport. No tourist attractions in local area but some restaurants. We couldn’t get the air conditioner/ fan to work properly and the room was a bit stuffy.

Afternoon i had lunch in the Roma hotel evening i brought food from out requested for a plate after waiting half an hour after calling so many times they came and charged me for the plate.I did not complete my 2 days i moved to another hotel.

The hotel was on a very busy crossroads but was very quiet inside & well appointed. My main issue was with parking which was supposed to be available but when we asked was told our Opel Corsa was to large a car to park! We were directed to a car park 1.5 km away in pouring rain we returned totally soaked through with no help with our bags from the staff who seemed totally uninterested. I never saw any signs for hotel parking & wondered if it really existed.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and service was great. Our plane was delayed and we arrived a few minutes before the restaurant closed. Front desk kept our luggage and send us to the restaurant and they still let us order 3 minutes before closing. Food was great.

I was very disappointed. I asked for a quiet room and our room (#411) was about 12 inches (30 cms) from the elevator. Also, the constant noise from the trains kept us awake all night. Hotel looks very shabby from the outside but lobby was nice. Room was very small but appeared clean. Staff was fine. I do not recommend.

Pleasant stay
This was a night before flying out stay. The hotel is comfortable, spacious room with good lighting. Not many accessible outlets for all the electronic devices, but enough to get by. The hotel provided an early box breakfast (thank you) but it was uninspired. Nearby to metro and easy cabs and Ubers.

Quiet But Needing Repairs
Nice, quiet hotel close to shopping and small eateries. Clean but very dated. Bathroom was so small that the urinal was 8” from my legs when I used the sink to brush my teeth. Disgusting. Elevator was not working so we had to wait for a long time for the second elevator.

The hotel is in the busy street (not centrally located but metro is close by and easy access). There was no assigned parking instead street metered parking. Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom is ok. Breakfast was ok lots of pastries to chose but coffee was bleh. Close to airport.
