The parking lot is a nightmare with super tight corners/angles to manipulate, requiring backing up and going forward. Hardly easy after a day of driving in unfamiliar areas. Leaving was slightly easier than entering. However, the driveway is one lane. A staff person at the top has to signal with a red or green light whether it is safe to go. The staff person was distracted, whatever, and we waited and waited for a green light. Finally someone got out of the car and walked to the top to get this problem taken care of. Also the breakfast food was terrible. An array of food was offered. It was all bad. The room was fine, though it was very hard to use the television in my room. Very difficult to get it to turn on, and then very difficult to change channels. I eventually just turned it off. Soooo, the hotel was okay for the night we spent there, but definitely flawed.

Area was convenient to city center. Day staff was great and accomodating, but night staff was difficult to work with and consistently seemed annoyed when we made requests. Extra amenities seemed overpriced (breakfast, airport transfer, etc.)

Main lobby and dining area are very nice. Floor we were on needs a refresh as it is very dated but still clean. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke but room was okay.

It was less than 10 mins from metro and other amenities. Staff was very friendly. My 9 year old daughter felt very safe.

Excellent location, reasonable rates, restaurant is very good with lots of options. The pool wasn’t open during our stay but the weather wasn’t the greatest to use the pool anyway.

A good experience on this hotel. The process for payment thru expedia was trouble free. The staff was not pushy and willing to help us. They even help me doing some currency exchange at current rates. Very happy! . Although the location was a bit far away from the city center it was far enough to remain peacefull.

The windows seemed broken. Air/wind was seeping in throughout the night. The sink was clogged and would fill up every time we turned the tap on. Staff had to charge to bring plates and cutlery to the room, so when we went to get them ourselves, we were left waiting as nobody was around to help

The mattress was sagging and needed to be replaced. The construction noise outside went on until midnight. The traffic noise was also loud, so if you stay, ask for a room off the back of the hotel.

Old hotel getting even older. I stayed at this hotel about 6 years ago and saw same problems as last time. Hotel needs to be desperately renovated. Sink and shower tub was retaining water, same as my last visit. The bedding and towels etc also looked their age

The property was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The free buffet breakfast was fresh every morning and was delicious with a variety. The dinner buffet and menu items were both very delicious. The only thing that was a mild inconvenience was that we had to asked for wash cloths which the hotel didn't have but we were given hand towels instead but every time our rooms were cleaned we had to asked for the hand towels to bathe.. The hotel is not too far from the airport, and it's not too far from the city center either. It's located near the metro station and several busses service the area as well.

Breakfast was amazing and definetly worth including they had everything and it was all freah and well stocked, hotel was clean and staff were polite and helpful would recommend and stay again. Family of 4 (2 adults 2xhildren in a family room) good size room and beds were very comfortable. Great night sleep was very quiet. Location is great we got a meteo from the airport to station a few mins walk away from the hotel, first ime in Lisbon but hopefully we will be back loved it.

The staff were the highlight, my mom was sick and they provided everything we needed. The rooms were smaller than expected, the hotel lobby is nice, the restaurant food was ok but the service was great, way above avg in Portugal. The rooftop bar and pool looked amazing but it was closed during our visit. The hotel is not in the historic city center, allows for a more quiet stay. Overall a solid hotel.
