It is a small GuestHouse with modern and minimalist decor that adds a touch of the designers who designed the facilities. Our double rooms do not have a refrigerator, however special double rooms and suites have a refrigerator.We are sorry that your shower was leaking, we checked the situation and the same no longer happens. Regarding the air conditioning, it is always in operation, and from October onwards it is programmed to supply hot air to all rooms.Although we have a short period at the Hall Chiado facilities (between 11am and 3pm), you can always contact us via WhatsApp or message so we can assist you with any problem. Due to your problem, we contacted Expedia to find out what had happened to not having received the code 2 days before your arrival, but we concluded that the problem was on Expedia's part and not on our part. Unfortunately, for reservations made through Expedia, we do not have direct contact with the guest, all messages are sent through the channel, which makes it difficult to communicate with the guest.When we told you the code by call, there was effectively an error in the transmitted information but it was corrected in the same call. Regarding the command, we had not noticed that the command had disappeared, but it has already been replaced by a new one.Once again, we are deeply sorry for what happened and hope to welcome you back to Hall Chiado for a better stay.

Dear Juhee,We hope you are well.At Hall Chiado we use technology systems in which we do not need to be in person at the office during the entire period, but we are available 24 hours via our mobile phone, email and whatsapp to assist our guests in whatever they need.Our cleaning team, whenever they find something in the room, comes to return it to us so that incidents like this do not happen, we are very sorry that you did not find your belongings. As you mentioned that your forgotten belonging was worthless, the cleaning crew may have thought it was rubbish and disposed of it.We are sorry for your experience and we look forward to welcoming you back to Hall Chiado.Best regards
