This is not Hilton quality and definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star hotel at best. The shower has no door or shower curtain so when you shower water splashes all over the carpet in the room. The black design is terrible. How can you properly tell if something is clean if everything is black. The furnishings were very old with rust and cracks everywhere. The only good park about this hotel is the location.

Fire alarms went off 3 times, loose tap in washroom, bath tub dangerous to get in & out, sink has a crack in it, bath tub shower has no privacy as it is glass wall. Other than that al ok

Lovely staff but hotel needs updating
Check in was great … especially the front desk who helped me with my taxi driver who tried to charge me $45 for my ride from the airport. The bartender was also lovely. Just wish the restaurant had been open past 10P. While the room amenities were great per usual, the room (carpet) was not as clean as I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties. And why I wasn’t given Hilton points is still a mystery: I stay in Hilton’s throughout the US and always book through hotels.com!! Finally, you need to have shower stalls and not bathtubs with showers. For those of us over 65, this can be dangerous!!

My family and I stayed for only one night, the staff are friendly and the hotel welcome us with an amazing warm chocolate cookies 🍪, the room was spot on in terms of size and cleaning. Breakfast was very tasty. I recommend the place.

Great, family stay.
We stayed for only one night but had a great stay in Lisbon and very much enjoyed this hotel. Early check-in was arranged by extremely helpful and friendly staff. Family room was great size with wonderful bathroom and all amenities. Hotel was clean, modern and great location. Really positive memories, would certainly recommend for stays in Lisbon.

This location is not a credit at all to the Hilton Doubletree brand. We were stunned by how dark and claustrophobic the hallways leading to the rooms were. It had a horror film feel. The rooms and bathroom were dark and really need some updating.Felt like a cheap budget motel. Probably one of the poorest hotels we’ve stayed in and we travel a lot.

The rooms were weird, all black bathrooms, with glass. You had to climb into the back of the tub, get to the front of it then turn on the shower, if you could. Toilet area, actually whole area was black and extremely difficult to see, even with lights on.

The rooms were very clean but the clear glass in the bathroom looking into the sleeping area was weird! Plus too many mirrors in the bathroom. Don’t need to watch myself on the toilet! Front desk staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel. Shower drain was plugged solid which the cleaning staff should definitely have known about had they cleaned the shower properly. Maintenance dealt with it promply though.

A great birthday trip
Honestly an amazing stay. Outside of the noisy area and frankly a beautiful hotel with amazing staff. They could use a doorman as the doors are heavy and not automatic but this was a fantastic place and the staff were amazing. We came to celebrate a friends birthday and had a small cake delivered to the room along with a warm and friendly face at every turn. Breakfast was well worth it and the pastel de nata was always fresh and delightful. The hotel has a super modem and dark design but I frankly loved it and booked just for this moody vibe. I would recommend to anyone staying in Lisbon.

Disappointing!
It seems that there was some renovation going on which we should have been informed by Hotels.com. The access to the room was through a maze of dark corridors with only one small jerky elevator which was very dimly lit. I would not stay here again!

Breakfast options are excellent quality and fresh. The room is clean and quiet. Curtains can fully block outside light. The front desk people are very friendly. There is a grocery store within 3 minutes walking distance. It is convenient to the airport and Oriente station.
