The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, both day and night shifts. The hotel provided a dog bed, bowl, and treats for my service dog. Just wow! Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond. Great shower and the bed was comfortable

Lovely with luxurious feel. Very comfortable. Near to popular attractions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, from front desk, dining, and housekeeping. Had a wonderful break at Wine & Books. Everything was exactly as I’d hoped it would be from looking at the website. Staff were lovely - kind and attentive but not too in your face. Room was really comfortable. I’m a very light sleeper so the blackout curtains and super-quiet room were brilliant. Oh, and big shout out for the spa. Had a great massage from a lady who couldn’t speak any English (and my Portuguese is non-existent) but she didn’t need to. Perfect service. Thank you.
