Bright flat in a prime area of ​​Lisbon (Telheiras), where the light and elegant decoration stands out, personalized with touches of Mozambican culture.  
  
LOCATION:  
The apartment is located in the Telheiras neighborhood, just 7 minutes walk from the Telheiras metro station.Telheiras is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, perfect for families. It has wide tree-lined streets, lots of green spaces and well-kept parks, perfect for walks and outdoor activities. It also offers a wide variety of services, hypermarkets, schools and shops (cafés, restaurants, butchers, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc). It is a privileged area, easily accessible to various parts of the city, with a vast public transport network (metro and buses), quick access to the city's main roads (Eixo N/S, 2ª Circular, A5 and A8) and 10 minutes from Lisbon Airport.   
  
THE FLAT:  
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, it has three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with single beds) and two bathrooms (one with a shower).   
It has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room divided into three areas:   
\- living area with smart TV, soundbar and reading corner;   
\- dining area with access to the kitchen   
\- work area with a desk   
It has good storage capacity: four wardrobes (one in each bedroom and one in the hallway) and a utility room.
