The front staff was great and friendly. One of issues was the hot water. It was so limited so 3 of us couldn’t take showers in the morning. The front desk said wait about 40 minutes between but the water didn’t get heat up for another 2 to 3 hours! It’s so inconvenient especially in the morning. The other problem was ventilation in the bathroom. It didn’t vent! It was so bad that all my clothes and even blankets were wet for sometime. They really had to switch to bigger the water tank and need to make the bathroom vent working properly. The apartment itself was clean but not very functional.

Stayed at Lisboans for two nights with my family. We had a two bedroom unit. Absolutely loved the place! Very new, clean and in the middle of everything. Front desk was super friendly. Let us in the place at 10 am, which was great since we got off 6 am trans-continental long flight. The breakfast in the morning and the extras in the fridge were a great bonus! Would highly recommend!

This was a perfect place for a furst visit to Lisbon. Downtown was easily accessible. Staff were helpful. No requests were not met. Property was immaculate and thevin room breakfast was a daily treat.

Wonderful experience!
The reviews do not lie! We planned a family trip to Portugal and this was 1 of our 3 total hotel stays. It was, by far, the best! Everything was perfect. The room was immaculate - I felt so comfortable sleeping here! The breakfast each morning was such a treat! The fridge was stocked and it added so much value to our stay. We planned on eating out most of the time but it was nice to sit down in our apartment as a family and enjoy breakfast. We loved Lisbon but especially this area! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Lots of space and very well maintained. Great little breakfast brought to your door every day. Staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Probably one of the best housing experiences of our life. Would not even think of another place for our next trip to Lisbon.
