Vert convenient and easily walkable to the airport. Room was beautiful and very quiet. And the breakfast buffet was the best we have ever seen at a hotel. The 4 AM start was much appreciated before our early flight.

This was a fantastic hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. It is within walking distance to the airport, but is very quiet. I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay here. The staff are kind, helpful and friendly; the rooms well furnished and comfortable; the breakfast buffet phenomenal (including the champagne!). We brought our dog, who received a welcome package šŸ˜„, and the hotel has various dog amenities, which was great. The location is great, for arriving or departing the airport, and I was amazed at how sound-proof the rooms are. There is a good pool for swimming lengths, and a nice poolside terrace (where, sensibly but alas) dogs are not allowed. We can't wait to return. šŸ’–šŸ’–šŸ’–šŸ’–šŸ’–

Our room booked through Expedia was one of the 2 smallest on our floor, barely room enough for 2 people and luggage. This was not the only hotel in Portugal that chose to install a glass door that does not afford privacy or screen sound on its toilet room but we found this a strange and irritating choice. Towels are clearly worn. Breakfast was ok.

This is one of the best airport hotels we've experienced. Comfortable room and helpful staff. Incredibly close to the airport and the shuttle goes every 15 minutes.The included breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen in any hotel. If you're spending a night by the Lisbon airport, do it here. You won't be disappointed.

Walking distance from the Airport and Breakfast was excellent. But The shower door doesn't close properly so water leaks out and the floor gets wet. The rain shower head was broken so couldn't be used.

The property was nice however we had a terrible experience upon check in. The man at the registration desk actually sent us away and advised we did not have a reservation. We went to the hotel next door who promptly advised us that according to our paperwork we actually DID have a reservation. He even walked us back to the Melia Hotel to advise the front desk. We received little apology or acknowledgement for how horrible we were treated. Needless to say we will NEVER recommend this hotel as we were made to feel like second class people. Awful experience.

We found Room 303 disappointing because the sink was very small and not practical. Our washroom door would not stay closed. The outside sounds - traffic, loud conversations and horns sounding were easily heard through the window. We actually thought our window was partially open. We probably would not book again if we were to have the same experience. We did enjoy our dining experience and the friendliness of the staff.

We loved the convenience of this location right beside the airport. Its pool and turkish bath facility was exceptional. We used it to help wash away the aches and pains after a busy 3 week holiday. The restaurant and bar were very nice as well and food was good. The only thing I would mention though is that the bathroom arrangement in the double occ room we booked does not provide for any privacy. The bathroom and the shower are basically part of the room and have NO sound proof doors. Would not advise for two single people or a NEW couple.

The restaurant is great for an airport location. Breakfast starts very early (maybe 4am), so that was great prior to a a very early flight and long day.

Toilet ran all night making it difficult to sleep. Bar staff were slow to serve.

Super convenient! Walking distance to Lisbonā€™s Airport, even though they have a shuttle. Excellent breakfast and bar. The staff is incredibly polite, thank you for that. It is not far from the city and a ride is not expensive.

We only stayed one night because we were catching a flight the next morning. Itā€™s very convenient with a shuttle to the airport. The staff were excellent and the dinner at the restaurant was very good .
