It is fully equipped, facilitating long-term stays (as it has all the equipment and amenities typically found in a permanent, high-end home). The Space The apartment is a 155-square-meter triplex (140 square meters in the apartment and a 15-meter terrace for the exclusive use of the suite apartment), designed by an interior designer in an attempt to combine three concepts we intended to achieve in this project: \- Aesthetics; \- Comfort; \- A sense of local belonging. It comprises an entrance hall, living room, dining room for eight people, and a separate kitchen. It comprises three double bedrooms, one of which is a penthouse suite with a private terrace with sun loungers for two and an electric roof. It also features two bathrooms (one for the exclusive use of the suite bedroom). All floors have air conditioning, central heating, bathrooms with towel warmers, and each bedroom has a plasma TV/TV with Internet access. Parking: \- Paid parking near the apartments, available 24/7: Open parking: Parque da Praça do Chile (450 meters - 4-minute drive - 8-minute walk); Address: Rua António Pereira Carrilho, No. 2, 1000-047 Lisbon (Open 24 hours - Maximum height 1.90 meters); Enclosed parking: Alameda Parking (600 meters – 5-minute drive – 8-minute walk) Alameda Dom Afonso Henriques, 1000-125 Lisbon (Open 24 hours – Maximum height 2.00 meters); \- Street parking: Available on the building's street for a fee of 0.80 cents per hour (paid at public parking meters). Free from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays. Free all day on weekends and holidays. The check in was easy and automated. The kids had their own rooms. It really had everything and was well appointed with high end fixtures. The only thing we struggled with was hot water. It seemed to be fine initially but we couldn’t get it to work for everyone to have a hot shower, and might have just been our unfamiliarity with the set up. ##### Marshall P.
