It is fully equipped, facilitating long-term stays (as it has all the equipment and amenities typically found in a permanent, high-end home). The Space The apartment is a 155-square-meter triplex (140 square meters in the apartment and a 15-meter terrace for the exclusive use of the suite apartment), designed by an interior designer in an attempt to combine three concepts we intended to achieve in this project: \- Aesthetics; \- Comfort; \- A sense of local belonging. It comprises an entrance hall, living room, dining room for eight people, and a separate kitchen. It comprises three double bedrooms, one of which is a penthouse suite with a private terrace with sun loungers for two and an electric roof. It also features two bathrooms (one for the exclusive use of the suite bedroom). All floors have air conditioning, central heating, bathrooms with towel warmers, and each bedroom has a plasma TV/TV with Internet access. Parking: \- Paid parking near the apartments, available 24/7: Open parking: Parque da Praça do Chile (450 meters - 4-minute drive - 8-minute walk); Address: Rua António Pereira Carrilho, No. 2, 1000-047 Lisbon (Open 24 hours - Maximum height 1.90 meters); Enclosed parking: Alameda Parking (600 meters – 5-minute drive – 8-minute walk) Alameda Dom Afonso Henriques, 1000-125 Lisbon (Open 24 hours – Maximum height 2.00 meters); \- Street parking: Available on the building's street for a fee of 0.80 cents per hour (paid at public parking meters). Free from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays. Free all day on weekends and holidays. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We particularly loved the location because it was less touristy than other ares of Lisbon. The restaurants around us were excellent. In addition to great local cuisine, including an amazing tapas bar within a couple of blocks called Tati, we had fresh and delicious Indian food at Golden Gate and amazing Middle Eastern cuisine at Fusion Grill. All very reasonably priced with great Portuguese wine options. Carlos was an excellent host. Very communicative and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment. ##### Sharon D. The check in was easy and automated. The kids had their own rooms. It really had everything and was well appointed with high end fixtures. The only thing we struggled with was hot water. It seemed to be fine initially but we couldn’t get it to work for everyone to have a hot shower, and might have just been our unfamiliarity with the set up. ##### Marshall P. Being an upper triplex, (floors 3,4 and 5) you do need to do stairs, but Lisbon is a city of hills, fo climbing up and down is part of the experience. At first, we were not sure the neighborhood was what we wanted, but soon we discovered the Mercado and several wonderful restaurants and came to love the fact that it was a neighborhood of real people, not just tourists. The location is great, too, as the Green line is near by and the subway can get you just about anyplace you want to go. ##### David H. This was the perfect place for our group of 6 adults to stay & enjoy the city of Lisbon! The apartment was exactly as described & well equiped for our stay. There are a few stairs but it is well worth it! Carlos met us & there was good communication for check-in and check-out. There are several great restaurants in the area and lots of little markets close-by. The metro is an easy walk and Ubers are pretty inexpensive as well. Thanks again!
