Whether you're here to explore cultural landmarks, indulge in fine dining, or experience the city's nightlife, this prime location ensures everything is within easy reach.  
Nestled near Avenida da Liberdade, our apartment offers seamless access to Lisbon’s most sought-after neighborhoods, including Príncipe Real, Chiado, and Bairro Alto. Walk to charming cafés, high-end boutiques, and historic attractions, or take a scenic 10-minute stroll to the riverside for breathtaking views.  
Located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Lisbon building, this apartment provides an authentic city experience. Please be aware that reaching our cozy apartment involves climbing stairs, as there is no elevator. Think of it as a warm-up for all the exciting explorations Lisbon has to offer!  
Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully arranged space featuring:  
A bright living room, perfect for relaxation  
A dining area and study nook for work or leisure  
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher  
A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet for added convenience  
Two cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (one bedroom, as shown in the photos with the red chair, does not have windows, adding a unique charm to the layout)

» A €150 security deposit is required to book. This will be refunded in full via credit card within 7-10 business days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.  
» Check-in requirements: Guests must fill out a form with ID/Passport details before or upon arrival.  
» Late check-in fee: A €25 fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 09:00 (9 AM), payable in cash upon check-in.  
» Key Policy: If guests lock themselves out or fail to return the keys to the lockbox (if applicable) at checkout, a €50 fee will apply. Lost keys incur an €80 replacement fee.

#### Great location

This place was very centrally located and a fun walk or an easy metro ride to everywhere we wanted to visit. The place was not very clean and we had some issues with bedding that never got fully resolved but the staff were friendly and did try. You must hike up 3 flights of stairs, so be forewarned on that - we didn’t mind it ourselves tho. Get clear on which bell goes to the apartment- they aren’t marked and I got yelled at by some guy on the street for possibly ringing the wrong bell. If you aren’t too particular and don’t mind stairs this place is ideal for being in the right place at the right time!
