Outstanding concierge service
The hotel was very modern and comfortable and had everything we needed. Ana Sofia, the concierge, was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very patient with us and helped make our our visit a success. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. The Sheraton was a top flight hotel.

Amazing stay at Sheraton Lisboa with a large group of friends, all running the Lisbon marathon 2022. Loved the pool area - Nuno in particular is a true star to service your customers there! Fantastic breakfast buffet and enjoyed the spa section as well.
