A residential style-hotel. We enjoyed the great location. The rooms were large and contained an in-room laundry machine, which was a major convenience for the family as we had multiple days of laundry pile up. The staff were responsive and friendly and provided good insight into the area around us.

Everything was amazing!!! The check in process was a breeze and the rep was courteous and knowledgeable about our apartment. The parameters is stocked with everything one needs. The location cannot be beat. While we only stayed one night, to fly out of Lisbon, I would love to come back and stay there again!

Residentas is clean, organized, it has all the amenities we needed. The location is great, walking distance to many touristic areas, restaurants, bus, train station. If we go back to Lisbon, we will definitely stay at residentas again

This apartment was very well kept and beautifully decorated. The host went out of their way to make you feel welcome and right at home. Felt like we lived in Lisbon for the night.

Bruno the property attendant was absolutely perfect! He helped us out, was accommodating with extending our room and very knowledgeable. The apartments were very clean and was great having a full kitchen to make snacks and such. Will come back again.

How lovely to arrive after a long journey and find juice, milk, water in the fridge and biscuits, jams on the beautifully laid table. There's usually a member of staff in reception but we arrived out of hours and found it easy to get in with the access codes (these get sent a few days before your stay - 1 for main door and 1 for apt. The main road next to the building is loud during the day but very quiet at night. Everything was provided: comfortable sofa and bed, good shower, coffee machine (the wi-fi was a bit patchy though). The staff and communications were first class. Overall very pleased with our 3 night stay within reach of all the main sights.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Lisbon! We have come to enjoy private apartments while we are traveling over conventional hotels and this is another we are happy to add to our list. The apartment itself is really nice, will full amenities (stove, fridge, dishwasher and laundry machine) which was helpful as you enjoy your stay. The room was modern, with completely functioning heat and AC. The entire experience with the Residentas team was quick, smooth and professional. They have a person downstairs to assist in person or you can message via WhatsApp even easier. Both Matilde and Bruno provided exceptional service. Although we didn’t need them much, each time they were quick to respond. The code to enter the building was provided a few days prior to your trip and worked without issues upon arriving. The transfer provides quick and easy transfer to the location and confirms via WhatsApp the night prior to leaving. Would highly recommend Residentas Aurea!

The apartment felt safe and was very clean. They provided everything that you would need. It was in a good walkable area to restaurants and sights. They were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We definitely recommend staying at Residentas Aurea.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was well-appointed with great kitchen and snacks plus washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. A big thank you to Bruno for showing us around the apartment. The staff were all super nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The property and character was beautiful. Clean and tidy . Beds are so comfy !! Bathrooms are tidy and spacious , with hair dryers . The couch pullouts are incredibly comfy too kids had no issue ! Great access to downtown Lisbon , our first unit over looked the square and had options to eat right out front , and our second unit brought us closer to the waterfront but was still easily just steps from dining shopping and enjoying the local surroundings. I recommend you google or request parking 🅿️ if you rent a car , we got a bit lost in the night . But once parked , it was clean underground parking and only a few minutes walk . There is no street parking that’s easy . The service was friendly and I would absolutely recommend them again !! Hopefully we get to come back soon!

It was quite comfortable, neat and conveniently located in Lisbon’s city center. My family/I had a tremendous time visiting all aspects of this beautiful city during our 6-day stay. The staff members are courteous and professional— When I saw Bruno upon our arrival, I thought about my son right away. We definitely would love to revisit whenever feasible.

The location of the property is impeccable, 3-4 blocks away from Rossio Market, Commercial Street, and waterfront, walkable to majorly attractions or easy access to all public transportations, or inexpensive uber access to everywhere. Our room is bright and spacious with tall ceilings, floor to ceiling window and railed balcony in living room, bathroom and bedroom. Fully equipped small kitchen is suitable for our 10-day staying. Washer and dryer are a huge plus. Rooms are soundproof, it’s quite when windows are closed, but you invite the world to the room when the windows are open. Staffs are welcoming with great care and excellent communication. Bruno is amazing, caring, genuine and thoughtful with incredible attention to details. We got a welcoming basket with crackers, jams, wines and some dry pasta and rice for cooking. And received a small gift bag during the staying. The property enhances our experience in many ways when visiting the lovely city of Lisbon! Nothing is negative about the property (with my high standards in picking hotels as a seasoned traveler). We highly recommend the place and we will come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was extremely helpful, & the property is very clean & safe. The location is perfect, easy to walk around to many local shops & restaurants. This is a fantastic location for your first visit to Lisbon. The apartment is wonderful. Very clean, well appointed, bright and just the right size for my husband myself and our adult daughter. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Someone was at the lobby desk every day during business hours if we had a question. They offered to clean our place for free half way through our 5 day stay which was unexpected and a very nice touch. If you use the washer/dryer plan ahead because each cycle takes a long time. But it was great to have since we were traveling for another 2 weeks. I would stay here again for sure and I’ll recommend it to my friends.

I enjoyed the stay every much. All the staff are friendly; I received clear check-in instructions to pay for the tourist tax through email and WhatsApp. I communicated with the staff via WhatsApp and they are pretty responsive. The place locates in a very safe area and close to everything, shopping area, restaurants, attractions. The place is clean and the kitchen is well equipped with cutleries, basic oil, pepper and salt for cooking. It was very helpful for me to cook Christmas meals when there were limited restaurants open on Dec 25th without paying the Christmas menu price. The place is supposed to have washer/dryer but unfortunately my unit’s machine was out of order. The staff offered to wash for us for free. The clean clothes were nicely washed, dried and folded, delivered to us end of day. The room is very spacious and good for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). There are lots of closet space! The bathroom has a heated rack for warm towers and dry cloth. I would definitely stay in this place again if we go to Lisbon. Highly recommend to our friends.

Great spot to stay in Lisbon. Perfect location to walk to many sights and Uber or tram to others is very reasonable. Rooms were clean and had all you need. Grocery nearby for essentials. Highly recommend.

Our stay was a pleasant one We were allowed an early check in and out.From d the apartment everything was a walking distanced including the churches we visited, eatery every streets we pass by,Armazens do chiado shopping mall is a walking distance too,Rossio Plaza where they have a Christmas market,public transport is accessible too from them bus, metro if not for the broken washing machine and coffee maker it would be a perfect 5 * excellent but it is good enough to rate 4 for them to improve. Maybe as a suggestion to check the appliances everytime room are vacated so they will know if its ok or functioning well though the coffee maker was change the following day.D lady receptionist both were nice and can speak English and very helpful likewise the lady who clean the room except d big one who does not smile maybe because she does not understand English. If in the future we will be back to Lisbon definitely we will still stay here again it was just unfortunate that their was no room for us here to extend our stay.

For being in the core of the city, it was quite quiet so long as you didn't have the windows open. Then all the typical city and car noises were evident. But with windows closed it was quiet and you could have a nap in the middle of the day with traffic and everything (which I did.) Would recommend it - very spacious and clean.

This is a very new and very well appointed property. Close to the Baixa-Chiado metro station, so easy access from the airport. Our unit has a kitchenette and a washing machine. Only caution is not to run the washing machine and shower at the same time LOL. Truly enjoyed our stay and will happily stay there again!
