The location is perfect. Everything you’ll want to visit is within walking distance or a short commute. I parked for free on the street and overnight. Safe area. Elevator was a must, was new and worked well. We had access to phone numbers and ways to communicate (email, phone number, what’s app) and revived many notifications to keep us on track. The building was quiet and clean. Room had comfortable beds, laundry, fridge, freezer, kitchen, and some food inside to enjoy ( yogurt, crackers, cheese, rice, pasta, coffee etc) I would stay again. The only thing that surprised me was there's a property fee (61 extra euros for the night) and a city tax of 2 euros per person I didn’t expect.

Very large space, lots of history and uniqueness to the rooms. I like the small fruit plate and other items to welcome new folks. A little hard to find the entrance, by the taxi/bolt guys. The building is right there, they should mention the green door as the main entrance for first timers.

the apartment was really nice and in one of the most photographed buildings and squares in Lisbon. excellent podition for sight seeing and shopping. the staff were even better. The apartment was ideal for us as a family of four. It was spacious and bright and the kids had full size single mattresses to sleep on rather than having to share a typical fold out sofa bed. The decor is modern and stylish and the apartment is really well equipped. The staff are really friendly and the WhatsApp communications are very responsive. The location is perfect for both sightseeing and getting to and from the airport. It was a bit noisy during the night at points but it's a city centre location so you have to expect that. Would definitely stay there again.

Okay property.
Unfortunately the washer didn’t work which was the main reason I booked this space. I even confirmed few days in advance as we were a family and needed to wash clothes. When we get there the washer isn’t working and they didn’t give us a different room. Street was very loud at night with garbage truck, music from across the street and power washer from streets. Note there is No microwave, no knives and it’s a big dusty in the rooms.
