Beds and sheets and towels were clean and exceptional. Everything worked and worked well. My niece, who is more like a daughter to me, was going to Lisbon for a conference so I flew from States to meet her there and spend some time together. Her flight early in the day of our check in; the host was extremely gracious and made special arrangements for an early check in, The on site host stayed in close contact with Ella as she made her way from the airport to the apartment. By the time I arrived later that afternoon, Ella was completely at home and had all the necessary information to make herself comfortable and at ease. The neighborhood is central, safe, fun and full of life and we explored Lisbon with ease from such a central location. This apartment was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. The only critique I would have is that the apartment smelled a little of smoke when we first arrived. It cleared out eventually after the first day, however, I thought it should be noted just in case anyone has any allergies.
