Good location

Close to a grocery store. One of the best features is the ability to leave luggages at a nearby house (across the street) when you arrive and check out. This was great for us as we arrived early and we’re leaving late.

Assez bien

Hébergement très propre et literie très confortable. Petite terrasse agréable et la machine à laver est pratique. Le quartier de Graça est sympa. Points à améliorer: en février il faisait froid dans l’appartement car un seul chauffage dans le salon pour tout l’appartement qui est tout en longueur. Le chauffage de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Salle de bain très froide. Il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité dans tout l’appartement. Par ailleurs, on ne se rend pas compte sur les photos du site mais quand on ouvre les volets du salon, les gens nous voient depuis le rue. Mais si on n’ouvre pas il fait sombre. Il n’y avait aucun produit minimum fourni, juste 2 capsules de café mais la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas et 2 rouleaux de papier toilette. Un peu dur quand on arrive le soir à 20h avec 2 enfants d’aller tout acheter juste pour 3 nuits. Enfin, une petite chaise ou un petit banc serait le bienvenu dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir poser les affaires.

Un séjour inoubliable

Un logement tres agréable qui permet de profiter du beau temps de Lisbonne grâce à sa belle terrasse ombragée. Idéalement situé près d un des plus beaux points de vue de la ville. Catarina a organisé nos transferts aéroport et nous a donné plein de conseils. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Appart sur les hauteurs et belle petite terrasse

Après une journée de marche et de marches (c'est vraiment très très haut) dans Lisboa, l'apéro sur la terrasse est bienvenu! Plusieurs petites boulangeries et cafés aux alentours. Bel accueil de la part de Karine et Daniel. Le restaurant O Pitéu à 10 minutes de marche est excellent, nous y sommes allés 2 fois! L'appart est propre et conforme à la description, à recommander.

Un paradis à deux pas d'un superbe point de vue sur Lisbonne

Un appartement extrêmement bien conçu. Tout est pensé pour le confort et pour que personne ne gêne personne, doté d'une cour/jardinet intérieurs, rare au centre, où il fait bon lire à l'ombre de l'arbre, un oranger? Nous avons apprécié la cuisine qui donne de plein pied sur ce jardin, le confort des chambres ainsi que les serviettes douces. La rue est gratuite et malgré nos craintes, nous avons trouvé facilement à nous garer. Il ne restait plus qu'à descendre, de points de vues en points de vue, jusqu'au Tage, et au centre de cette superbe ville pleines de terrasses où il fait bon flâner. Nous recommandons cet appartement très calme (vitrage conçu pour cela, et absence de bruit la nuit lorsque les fenêtre sont ouvertes pour laisser entrer l'air frais)

We enjoyed our stay but the property needs some attention. We reached out to the property manager about some but nothing was resolved while we were there. 1.the vent? In the bathroom stayed on constantly emitting a high pitched noise disturbing the sleep of some of our party.2. The shower hose leaked preventing strong pressure.Maintenance is needed for an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall in closet room. The entry hall has no working lights making it difficult to see at night.

We just came back from a week at this property. The apartment had everything we needed and checkin was a breeze. The location is just down the street from a very popular lookout which is great but also makes the areas very busy at all times. There is a few excellent places to eat a 2 min walk away. Our favorite was La Matte. Delicious! The patio out back is cute. Shaded table to sit out at. There is also a washer and typical to Lisbon, no dryer so they provide a dry rack. If you stay in this property bring slippers because it is really cold tiled foors. Overall a really good rental and a great experience with the rental company. The

Wonderful apartment

Perfect 1st floor location, with a terrace off the kitchen. A couple minutes walk to a beautiful view of Lisbon and to watch the sun set. Quiet neighborhood and less than 10 mins walk from restaurants and bakeries. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

4 days in Lisbon.

The apartment is located near everything, such as great places to eat, supermarket, tram line and even a observation point that overlooks the city. Marta was great at communicating with us and making sure we had what we needed to be comfortable . The unit was clean and comfortable and quiet too. It had all the amenities that we needed. The bonus part for us was the private patio on the back of the house which we used. This unit is located in a neighborhood and not in the center of town, which we knew. You will need a car (Uber) or a tram 🚋 to get in and out of it. You can also walk but the area is hilly. 😊

Comfortable Apartment

Three adult family members stayed at the apartment which was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and host was very responsive in all our communications. Uber was the way to get around. We would recommend this vacation apartment in Lisbon.
