\- Dedicated heat and air conditioning in all rooms

\- Work-friendly internet and Wi-Fi  
\- Committed to sustainability  
\- We will cover the daily tourist tax fee for your reservation but will require that you upload all guests' (13 years and older) passports or identification cards to the group chat to present to the local officials before you arrive  
\- We will text you on your arrival date if your property is ready early  
  
THINGS TO KNOW  
\- On a property with a detached guest house that may have 1-2 guests, they won't have access to the pool but may use the laundry room.  
\- Dedicated driveway parking for 2 cars and parking in front of the house
