This lovely 198m² house is ideally located near various tourist attractions, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse dining options in the area. The living room is generous, with a sofa, a TV for watching your favourite programmes, and a dining table. Natural light illuminates the space, creating a cosy atmosphere. You can also step out onto the balcony, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essential utensils for preparing a meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cutlery and utensils. A washing machine is also available. The bedroom is a peaceful haven, with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has access to a balcony, offering a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Hotel-quality bed linen is provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The bathroom has towels, toiletries and all the amenities you need to freshen up. For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned. Access to the house is via a flight of stairs, unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! I live nearby and I'm happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there's a concierge service on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, who can help you at any time of the day. This is the perfect home base for exploring the stunning natural beauty of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park and the historic Park and Palace of Monserrate. After a day of sightseeing, guests can enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants such as Estrela da Serra and Quinta de Santo António. With its great location, this property is ideal for those looking to immerse themselves in the culture and attractions of the area. The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi. The Humberto Delgado Airport is just a 40-minute drive. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
