1. WiFi in rooms is very poor. 2. Bed mattress was horrible. The sofa bed for children had a thin mattress with every spring felt and mattresses were sagging. 3. No lock on the toilet door in family room!

I stayed in Portugal for 12 days and by far my favorite spot was Novotel. The room , the staff, the breakfast, the location and ease of transport was fantastic. I only wish I would have stayed there for my entire Lisbon leg of the trip

Really liked how very close it was to Lisbon Airport, less than a 15 minute drive. Appreciated the breakfast package we took. Since our stay was over the Easter Week / Spring Break the hotel was very busy and felt crowded. Ultimately, it didn’t matter a lot since we spent the majority of the time outside exploring Lisbon!

It’s a con they charge some thing for city tax which should be included in the cost or the room and they put 1 coke ,1bottle of water and other 3 soda and they said it’s a mini bar and charge 27 euros which will really cost around 4 euros and I thought it’s a welcome brink in your room and when you check out they will say you the cost.this should be told before they handled the keys

Friendly staff and responded to requests well, good breakfast. Sofa bed has broken slats and with very poor quality mattress, water drainage noise lasted for nearly two nights.
