Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss - a couple of days the room was missed completely and on others, tea/coffee toilet roll was not replaced.
When it was done however, it was to a high standard; very clean.
The bed was VERY comfortable but quite small in length. I am 1.84m which is tall but not freakishly so but my legs were hanging off the end.
A couple of the electrical sockets were not working.
Lighting was a bit dark
Tea and coffee selection was poor. Only two teabags for two people and mostly just fruit teas, no English Breakfast/Assam etc
Heating/Air con did not work properly so had to get reception to adjust settings. They did so readily and happily but it took us almost a week to get it right!
Blinds and triple glazing worked brilliantly but due to heating being too high we wanted to open them and then it was VERY noisy outside. Hotel can't do anything about Lisbon traffic though so can't fault them
Shower was excellent. Hot and powerful.
Restaurant was excellent - we are both veggie and had plenty of choice. Breakfast fantastic.
Reception and waiting staff were also excellent - friendly and very helpful.
We had a late plane and the hotel allowed late checkout AT NO EXTRA CHARGE - fantastic service.
