Located in the charming town of Alenquer, Vila das Acácias provides the perfect escape from the hustle of city life. Here, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings while remaining conveniently close to local attractions and amenities, just a short 45-minute drive from Lisbon.

Vila das Acácias has multiple lounge areas, dining tables, and terraces, all with stunning pool views. The first-floor features glass doors which fill the main living room and kitchen with natural light.  
  
Luxurious Amenities  
The house is equipped with two expansive family rooms, a main living room featuring a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen. With a total of six bedrooms, including four en-suite bathroom suites, convenience and comfort are at the forefront of your experience. There is air conditioning throughout the villa, providing both heating and cooling options, while floor heating ensures warmth in all rooms except the attic and cellar.  
  
Outdoor Entertaining Space  
The outdoor areas are perfect for entertaining, featuring two dining tables, two barbecues, a pizza oven and a lounge with a fireplace. There is an exterior bathroom with toilet and shower available for general use in the outside area.

In total, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests—15 adults and 4 children, with two sofa beds available for the little ones. Additionally, cribs and toddler beds can be provided upon request. The two expansive family suites, each 100m², offer plenty of space and flexibility, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay for all guests.
