Nestled on a hill and designed with modern and beautiful architectural lines, this luxury complex of just 3 apartments, each one with 165 square meters, one per floor and no adjoining buildings (aggregate), allow us to enjoy ample outdoor and indoor spaces. Two apartments were designed and decorated for holiday accommodation (see also the advert Vrbo listing 1105988ha, homeaway.co.uk and fewo-direkt Objekt-Nr. 595474d, if the capacity is greater than 8) and one is the Design Apartments Office and residence. Enjoy all the home comforts in these cozy apartments, without the commercialized atmosphere. The apartments are fully air-conditioned and they were decorated to offer a creative, original and comfortable accommodation. Regardless which apartment you choose, you can always have a glimpse at the sea, from both of them. This First floor apartment is the top floor for rental holiday apartment, so you can take full advantage of its panoramic view. In its INTERIOR, the finishes of 1st quality, the marble lioz floors, the coating of toilets in Italian ceramic or wood carpentry crafted lacquered white, are enchant. BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS: This apartment has 3 spacious double bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. One of the bedrooms in each apartment, is a suite with a magical view seaward, allowing you to hear the crashing of the waves from the furnished balcony. From the other two bedrooms you can have a glimpse at the building gardens and surroundings and one of them has its own balcony with sea view. The decoration of each bedroom provides a different, relaxing and luxury environment. LIVING ROOM: Light-filled living room/dining room with 45 square meters, all surrounded by large glazed windows from where you can see the Atlantic Ocean (at a visual distance of 150 m) and the heart of Ericeira village. Take in the stunning panoramic sea view and contemplate Ericeira or the sunset from the sofa or from the balcony. Perfect room to enjoy a cards game (available on the apartments), to get warm in the fireplace (wood provided from November to March, without any extra charge), relax in the chaise-lounge, have a meal (dining seating for 6) or just watch TV (40'' flat screen TV with Astra Satellite Channels). KITCHEN: Large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with 4 seating chairs and with one sunny balcony. It includes the following items: fridge with freezer, electric oven with 4 ring vitroceramic cooktop stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (machine with capsules, different types of capsules available in the welcome package), electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, juicer, food processor and some spices are provided. SWIMMING POOL and BARBECUE AREA: In the outside, through the garden, we reach a secluded area where we find the pool and the barbecue area. Enjoy a meal in the built barbecue, supported by a mini fridge with freezer and a table with 8 seating chairs. Or just take a dip in the swimming pool (9m x 4,5m; minimum deep 0,90 m and maximum deep 2,20m), have fun with the pool games or listen music by using the iPhone/iPod speaker dock (AUX-in cable included for non-Apple players) for communal use. There are 12 poolside sun loungers and 1 parasol. The pool area is shared by just 2 holiday apartments so crowding is not an issue. Everything has been thought to surprise and satisfy, to make your stay a pleasant holiday because your satisfaction is our satisfaction. Je hebt veel privacy en er is een goede airconditioning en zonwering. We zaten er twee weken. Lekker ook dat alles halverwege werd schoongemaakt en we kregen nieuwe handdoeken. Wat tegenviel was dat alles heel luxe werd beschreven, maar het is al wat verouderd en niet meer compleet allemaal (geen koelkast bij zwembad, geen dvd speler - werd trouwens wel snel vervangen toen we er om vroegen, ook in de keuken zijn sevies en bestek niet voldoende voor 6-8 mensen en het uitzicht klopt niet meer met de foto’s, want er staat een apartementencomplex in aanbouw voor). Al met al hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zeer de moeite waard. ##### Hilda V. Rita & Caterina were very helpful hosts, easy to communicate with and they had thought of everything when it came to leaving the apartment stocked, I would recommend this place and am thinking about coming back another time to further explore the gorgeous coastline. ##### Sarah W. The city is amazing and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The walk into town and to the beach was truly a 5 minute walk, but was very hilly, so keep that in mind. There were quite a few great restaurants in town and a full grocery store nearby, though not within walking distance. We rented a car, so were also able to visit many other beaches as well as some of the nearby cities (Sintra, Porto and Lisbon). We had a great time, and can't wait to return! ##### Karen T. New buildings going up nearby but doesn’t impact on view and noise is minimal to none. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of towels (bath and pool). Lounge area very comfortable. Location excellent. (Would recommend a car) Supermarket nearby, plenty of Excellent restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. Explore the coastline - it’s fabulous. The apartment had everything we needed - plenty of towels, kitchenware, etc and great views of the sea. We had the pool to ourselves all week and even had a barbecue by the pool at one point - it was really relaxing. Ericeira was a lovely town to explore and we had some excellent meals there. Catarina and Rita helped to arrange our airport transfers and that was very smooth and easy. The one thing that could have been better was our check in on the Saturday. Due to flight delays, we arrived 2 hours later than we'd predicted we would, but were told that we couldn't use the apartment because it was still being cleaned and that we should come back in 2 hours. Given that the owner knew our arrival time this was quite irritating. We had been up since 5am and had a very long journey with lots of delays, so we just wanted to have showers/naps/get settled, but we weren't able to. The owner came back to the apartment at 9pm to complete the check in - so it wasn't a very smooth or relaxing first day. After the journey we'd had, we just waned to start our holiday straight away, but that first evening was taken up with the cleaning and check in - not ideal and there was no apology. ##### Holly D. We were 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids under age 8) and it was perfect for us. The location is great and within a short walking distance (despite the big hill), but not a problem for our youngest (age 5). There are so many delicious restaurants and bakeries to choose from. Our days in Ericiera would start with the pool and then we would venture down to one of the beaches to swim/play/relax and then to dinner. We did travel a few days - Peniche/Berlengas Islands which was only an hour drive, Mafra to see the palace (10 min drive) and Lisbon (35-40 min drive). We loved being able to go to different areas, but Ericiera was the perfect pace for us. Catarina and her mother were amazing hosts - very responsive to our requests. Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2018 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Mark W. 30 juill. 2018 #### Lovely spacious apartment in a great location in Ericeira We had a wonderful time in Ericeira staying in this lovely apartment. It’s very close to the town and everything is within walking distance (although there is a bit of a hill on the way back). The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The bedrooms are also a very good size. The owners were very attentive - the dishwasher was broken but they had a maintenance person arrive to fix it within a matter of hours. The setting is fantastic and the views of the sea are spectacular. They are a little spoiled by the construction works which now partially block what would otherwise be an incredible view of the sea. Happily, there were no workmen on the building site while we were there and the work seems to be near to completion so guests won’t be bothered by a major noise disruption. Overall, I would strongly recommend this apartment for a week’s family holiday. ##### Mark W. Det är en jättefin lägenhet med en fantastisk utsikt utsikt. Mycket trevlig värd som även kan boka surflektioner hos en mycket bra surf firma. I anslutning till lägenheten finns en pool där man kan grilla och sitta på kvällarna och titta på solnedgången. Gångavstånd till Strand och till den trevliga lilla staden Ericeira. Där det finns mycket restauranger vår absoluta favorit var restaurangen Funky. ##### Fredrik H.
