It was difficult for our taxi to get there. Otherwise location was good for walking to stores and restaurants. Auto checkin seemed a little confusing at first but easy and pretty neat once we figured it out. Unit was spacious but felt a little old, especially the bathroom, but overall clean and acceptable for our one night

Overall great stay in a great location. Easy check-in and check-out process. Convenient location. We booked deluxe 1-bedroom, which was a bit cramped for 4 adults. I would recommend a larger unit for a party of 4

Clean and well maintained. No luggage room, no waiting room. I had to seat on stairs with my luggage waiting for check in time (14:00). The location is nearby the center but you need to climb the hill every day (painful).

I loved the location for ease of getting around without a car. Excellent staff. Felt safe. My ony negative is the banging noise from door closing in the lobby and aparments on my floor. The garbage cans and bags ouside my street level window was an eyesore that staff did ther best to remove from my view. Otherwise an excellent place to stay.

Lovely apartments had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Comfortable beds and cleaned daily. Some of the fittings look great but are not that robust. The apartments are in a lively area so plenty going on but are down a side street so still quiet at night. There are lots of hills to get to transport links so not good for people with mobility problems but we walked most of the time. Good views of the city from nearby. Great place to stay in Lisbon.

Very good, but there is some room for improvement
+ Online check in was rather easy and quick. Page froze once but restarting it didn’t cause any errors. Later check in at the automated kiosk at the property was also easy +There is a lot of outlets that are well placed +Kitchen is well designed. plenty of plates, pots and utensils (most of them are from ikea but not the cheapest ones available). +There is a handy guidebook with info about apartament including a quick guide to using dishwasher, stove, oven/microwave combo and laundry/drying machine. (there's an option to buy for one euro detergent for laundry machine, and they provided us with two dishwasher tablets for 7 day stay) +Bathroom is rather small but water pressure is good and lighting is sufficitent - Paper towels for the kitchen would be handy. Two kitchen washcloths instead of one could also help - One thing lacking in the kitchen was a dish drainer. You get dishwashing liquid and a sponge but you have to improvise how you dry the dishes.
