Characterful property with ceiling moldings, original wide plank floors, and - in our case - a huge room with two small balconies overlooking a tram line. Excellent breakfast (extra) in a lovely lounge/bar area. Great staff, super helpful with everything, along with a location that can't be beaten! Tram 28 stops right outside but not the only tram service so try the others first - less crowded, same experience!

The location was excellent, lots of places to walk to. Staff was nice and accommodating, they gave us the biggest room with the VIP access and gave us free wine for my birthday. Room was very spacious and well lit. The property is a little older with thin walls (you can hear your next door and above neighbors).

The location of e Consulat is excellent. My room was huge, high ceilings, gave me a sense of what it was like as a working embassy years ago. Jahid, the front desk manager, was so helpful, so considerate. He also offers pick up service and tours. Because of him, I, as a solo senior lady, was able to see and experience Lisbon.

Very clean. Nice staff. It’s an older building with charm. Can get a little noisy on the busy street it’s on but it has good sound proofing.
