The desk attendant was great, but the place desperately needs work. Our room had 2 beds that sagged terribly, a big humidity stain on the ceiling, and a bathroom falling apart. Eigentlich sind wir sehr unkompliziert. Jedoch ist uns Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Der einzige Vorteil bei diesem Hotel war der Standort. (Schräg gegenüber der U-Bahn). Dieses "Hotel" ist im 2 und 3 Stock eines Wohnhauses untergebracht. Von den Rezeptionisten kann nur einer Englisch. Die Zimmer sind teilweise ohne Klimaanlage, und sehr laut. (Vor dem Hotel ist eine Hauptstraße auf der die ganze Nacht Lärm herrscht). Die Zimmer sind klein, teilweise schiefe Feldbetten, mit nur 1 Beleuchtung. Ich habe noch nie auf unseren Reisen so schmutzige Badezimmer gesehen! Frühstück ist ok. Sehr minimalistisch. D'abord on me fait payer une deuxième fois mes jours d'hotel pour des raisonsobscures en prétextant que ma CB n'est pas passée récedemment (chez Expedia ?). Le lendemain je tel à Expedia qui fait vite rectifier le patron. Par ailleurs nous sommes dans une chambre donnant sur le grand boulevard très bruyant.La chambre est très mal insonorisée, dur pour dormir. au petit déjeuner on nous regarde avec de gros yeux parce que l'on prend 2 croissants, le lendemain il n'y plus que du pain... Et puion sent les ressorts pointus du matelas au point quele lendemain je me réveille avec un bleu sur le côté. Quant-à se garer, pas évident. de même que pour trouver l'hôtel qui est un HLM partiellement utilisé en hôtel, le reste des habitants étant des autochtones "à loyer modéré". Et je ne parle pas de l'escalier ou de l'ascenseur qui puent. However, you do get what you paid for which is not that much but the cleanliness and necessary facilities should have been provided to coincide with its "2 stars" rating. The room did not have any air condition, which I think is a necessity as the weather in Portugal can reach to 40 degrees. We had to leave the windows open which allowed heaps of mosquitoes to have a feast on us, which made us sleepless, tired the next morning and itchy with loads of spots from the mosquito bites. Our toilet had a mouldy ceiling. The television provided would just randomly turn off due to a lack of signal and the Wi-Fi provided barely worked considering our room was the nearest to the router. The breakfast was decent with bread, butter, cereals and hot drinks but I wish we did not have to pay to access the coffee machine to have a decent coffee. And finally, it should have a better signage outside as it can easily be missed especially when the lobby is on the second floor of the building. They should have an indication what floor it is in by the entrance. En lo que respecta a las comunicaciones, está muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad al haber una boca de metro a 2 minutos a pie. Hay Internet en las habitaciones, lo que está muy bien para mantener el contacto con los tuyos si estás fuera de españa.
