This delightful 34 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs.

The apartment features a spacious open-plan layout that combines the living, sleeping, and kitchen areas. The cosy living space offers a comfortable spot to relax and watch TV after a day of exploring the city. The sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

The open kitchen creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. It’s equipped with all the essential cookware and utensils to make cooking a breeze. For added convenience, a washing machine is also available.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Ajuda is a peaceful neighborhood in Lisbon, known for its historical charm. The highlight is the Palácio Nacional da Ajuda, an 18th-century royal palace now serving as a museum. The area also offers beautiful gardens and lovely views, providing a quiet escape from the city’s hustle.

Ajuda is a vibrant, local district with cafes, shops, and restaurants, offering an authentic Lisbon experience. It’s close to popular attractions like Belém, making it a great base for exploring the city while enjoying a more relaxed atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus and tram station, R. Bica Marquês (lines 18E, 203, 732, 771), is just a 210-meter walk. The Belém train station is 1,2km away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
