The kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, essential cookware, and cutlery. For added ease, the apartment also features a dishwasher to simplify cleanup, along with a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs. The serene bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The neighbourhood offers a perfect blend of local charm and urban convenience, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Within walking distance, guests can enjoy stunning city views from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte or venture a bit further to discover the historic Castelo de São Jorge, known for its impressive architecture and sweeping views over Lisbon. Just a short metro or bus ride away, Rossio Square offers a lively atmosphere with shops, cafés, and striking historical buildings. For those who enjoy shopping and elegant boulevards, Avenida da Liberdade is nearby and lined with designer stores and classic Portuguese cafés. The charming and historic Alfama district is also within easy reach, offering a maze of narrow streets, local restaurants, and the soulful sound of Fado music. Guests interested in culture can visit the National Tile Museum, which showcases Portugal’s rich ceramic traditions, or unwind in the peaceful green surroundings of Campo Mártires da Pátria, a local park where peacocks roam freely. The area is well connected by public transport, with the Arroios, Anjos, and Intendente metro stations just a short walk away. Multiple bus lines also serve the avenue, providing quick and easy travel throughout the city. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest metro station, Arroios, is just a 3-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is an 11-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
