This lovely 45m² apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.  
  
The living room features a plush sofa bed for relaxation, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for meals. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You'll also have access to a terrace with seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery, making meal preparation effortless.  
  
The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.  
  
The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.  
  
For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before each stay.  
  
Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and has no elevator.

This Property is surrounded by a rich tapestry of cultural attractions. A short stroll leads to the iconic São Jorge Castle, offering panoramic views of the city. Nearby, the Fado Museum provides insights into Portugal's soulful musical heritage. The narrow, winding streets of Alfama are perfect for exploring traditional architecture and local artisan shops.  
  
The area boasts a vibrant culinary scene. For an authentic Portuguese dining experience, O Conde is a popular choice, known for its traditional dishes and warm atmosphere. Just a few minutes away, Nova Wine Bar offers a curated selection of local wines paired with delectable tapas.  
  
Beyond dining, the vicinity offers unique experiences. The Santa Justa Elevator, a remarkable wrought-iron structure, provides both a convenient lift and a scenic viewpoint over Lisbon. Additionally, the nearby Ribeira Market has been transformed into a gastronomic hub featuring a variety of food stalls and local delicacies.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest train station, Santa Apolónia Station, is just a 10-minute walk away.  
  
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.  
  
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.  
  
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
