Welcome to my studio!

Homely and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio is near Belém, 5-10 minutes walking distance to Tagus riverfront, significant museums and monuments, and many restaurants and coffee shops, including the famous "Pasteis de Belém".

The studio is on the ground floor and has an open floor plan. It is fully equipped with air conditioning and has easy, private access to the street.

The living space features a comfortable sofa, a dining table for two and an open kitchen with all the essential appliances and cutleries to cook delicious meals. The sleeping area has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is the perfect starting point for exploring the city! Located close to many of Lisbon's iconic attractions, visitors can easily reach the Belém Tower, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Jerónimos Monastery, Santa Justa Lift, Sanctuary of Christ the King, Centro Cultural de Belém, and Museu de Marinha. Its convenient location and proximity to the city's most iconic landmarks make it a great spot to explore the city and create lasting memories.

There are buses, trams and trains to Lisbon centre (Marquês de Pombal), to the riverfront (Belém, Cais do Sodré, Praça do Comércio/Terreiro do Paço), Estoril, Cascais, beaches and many other destinations.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
