The house offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom, a huge living room and a terrace. Cable TV, AC and wifi. Renovated house with terrace in historical center in Cascais very close to Teatro Gil Vicente. The house is splitted into 3 floors. In the first floor you have a big living room with a separate seating area where you can watch cable TV and a dining area with a table and 6 chairs. There is a bathroom in the ground floor without bath and the fully equipped kitchen, including a dish washer and washing machine. In the first floor you have a bedroom with 2 individual beds and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower cabinet. There is a big closet to store your clothes and belongings. Still in the first floor you have a second bedroom with a double bed. Big in area it still offers a separate closet and dressing area. The bathroom offers a bath with shower. In the second floor you have another living area that includes a double sofabed. You also have a bathroom in this floor offering a shower. The terrace is accessible through this floor where you can enjoy a glass of wine at open air or simply looking at the views and surroundings. For your comfort, air conditioning, both for hot and cold is available at the house. In the typical streets surrounding you can find restaurants, groceries, cafes, and many shops.
