The temperature outside was 36°. It was just as hot inside the exterior blinds of the main living room and common area did not work. They were defective when we moved in the customer service people were extremely rude, and not wanting to help us they said there was only fans that came with it. They could not provide more fans. They would only send someone there the next day And try to fix the blinds that should’ve been working when we moved them. They offered us no compensation or any communication to help us out. I would never rent from this feels like home company ever again. we had to end up moving out because my son was extremely sick and throwing up from the overheat of the inside of the apartment and go to another place with air conditioning. Having a rented car was not an issue in finding a parking space around the building. My only improvement comment for the owner is to fix the shower head in the full bathroom. We were 5 adults and only one of the two showers was working. This is an easy fix. We all agreed that this was an excellent place to stay in Cascais. and will recommend it. ##### Jorge R.
