This 3-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located next to the most exclusive avenue in Lisbon – Avenida da Liberdade, in the downtown area. This is the perfect place to stay, since you will be within walking distance from all the main attractions and places to visit in Lisbon downtown such as Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Principe Real, Avenida da Liberdade, the City Castle and its picturesque neighborhood called Alfama.   
  
The 100 square meters apartment features 3 bedrooms, one living and dining room, two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. It’s on the 2nd floor of a building with a small elevator. All bedrooms have a window and have plenty of sunlight.

\- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.

\- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.   
  
\- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).   
  
\- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.   
  
\- Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided)   
  
\- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.   
  
\- This apartment requires a security deposit to be blocked on your credit card, which works as an insurance the rules will be respected and the apartment well taken care.

This apartment requires a security deposit of 300€ to be blocked on your credit card.   
  
\- You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in.
