It's located in a quieter part of the main city and super close to a train station. The area has a lot of hidden gems, especially when it comes to restaurants. Every meal we had in the area was incredible. The hosts are also very kind and accommodating. I’ve stayed in many places in Lisbon but I am unable to recommend this one. The whole business of the key lock and storage is incredibly frustrating and time consuming. The apartment itself was clean but shabby and is in need of redecorating. The shower was poor and barely warm. The area has little to offer, although there is a nice park nearby. Being unfamiliar with the type of key used, I would suggest having instructions within the lockbox instead of having to go to a website to see how it works with this extended key. Experienced a lot of different door locks in Portugal. Did not have a good experience the second or third night with a horrible sewer smell that permeated the place. Hard to stay there during the day. Did text the host that there was a problem through the space and responded immediately that it would be taken care of, came back and it was still smelled. Glad we were leaving early next morning. I would reconsider another place. ##### gale O. It's not even slightly renovated to look respectable enough and align with some sort of basic hosting standard. The price we paid was expensive for Portugal. I really don't think it's acceptable to rent out a place that has peeling walls, broken tiles, loosen door knobs, with stains everywhere, especially not for this kind of price. In all my years of traveling I have never experienced such a thing. This has really ruined our time in Lisbon. Coming back to an apartment that looks like this isn't a pleasant experience, and knowing how much money we spent on it is extremely frustrating. Apartments in such terrible conditions should not be offered to host tourists. Besides the conditions of the place, we didn't even have coffee in the apartment, and the towels were dirty. When we mentioned it to the host, they sent us new towels - that were dirty too. There was a bike hanging on the wall as decoration, that had large bulks of dust that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I would not recommend booking this place. Les hôtes ont été très arrangeant sur notre arrivée et notre départ. L arrivée est facile par un système de clef rangé dans une boîte à clef avec un code. Nous avons pu facilement discuté avec les propriétaires. Nous n avons pas trop eu l' occasion d utiliser la cuisine mais l appartement est très correct. L appartement est un peu en hauteur, il faut aimer marcher à Lisbonne. Les bus sont près du logement, le métro n est pas très loin donc l accès à la ville est facile. Prenez vos baskets car Lisbonne monte et descend sans cesse. Les hordes de pèlerins des jmj nous ont fait fuir, cela a gâché nos sorties et découvertes. Nous aurions pu reporter si nous avions su cela au préalable. Les lignes de bus étaient parfois suspendues, nous nous sommes rabattus sur des uber, rapides et efficaces. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Check-in und -out war sehr unkompliziert und zeitlich sehr flexibel, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr nett, gut organisiert und es kam immer umgehend eine Antwort. Il est conforme au descriptif et dispose du nécessaire pour passer quelques jours à Lisbonne. Un point négatif cependant: c’est la chambre qui se situe côté rue et sans double vitrage. Même si la nuit la rue n’est pas trop fréquentée, il y a du passage (passants pas forcément discrets et voitures). Bon séjour tout de même. ##### Marielle N. Appartement situé au 2eme étage d'un petit immeuble typique propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons disposé de tout le nécessaire à notre confort à savoir : draps et couettes, serviettes de bain, rangements, réserve de papier toilette et sopalin, machine à laver et lessive, shampoings et savons, capsules de café... minimarket deux paliers plus loin. Accueil et départ réglés au poil avec Catia, hyper disponible et sympathique. Proche du quartier animé de Graça et transports en commun (bus devant la porte et tram 28 à quelques minutes à pied), proche Panteon, quartier Alfama et Feria de Ladra.
