Staff excellent. Rooms very nice (we received an upgrade too). A little disappointing that you had to pay for the sauna/steam room which was not hot enough which I said repeatedly and was kindly reimbursed. Breakfast was fantastic. Concierge very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Second visit fantastic views from the executive rooms and the extra you pay for access to the lounge is well worth it with food and drink including wine and beer available from 10 am till 10 pm . Great service as well lovely people!!
Excellent breakfast. Good concierge. Front desk was at times unhelpful.
Booked/confirmed 2 adjoining rooms.....only to be given separate rooms. Hotel gave our adjoining rooms to another family who was loud to the point of having to call security at 12:00pm and 1:00am. No sleep, early morning flight.....hotel refused to credit the night charge.....very poor for a hotel that charges 500 euros per night.....never again.
