The apartment though is in the heart of a very loud and drunken hotspot of a neighborhood (and just above a dance bar with patrons parting below your bedroom window). Even with windows shut the noise prohibits sleep (if that’s what you want from your place). Sadly, with windows shut, the place is stuffy and hot. So if you are 20 and want to party till dawn, this place is great. If you are 65 and like to be reading in bed by 10:00…not so much. ##### Cary G.
