It features a living room with sofa (sofa bed), TV, fireplace and dining table; one bedroom with a double bed; a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. In the living room, there is also a pleasant balcony with a view of the sea and the condominium's garden and pool, and in the kitchen, a small balcony. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is located in a condominium with a pool (open from 1/5 to 31/10) and garage. It also has internet (wifi) and an iron. It is located 400 m from the beach and 450 m from the supermarket. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of these consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in.
