Le logement Entièrement rénové , cet appartement traversant de 95m2 surplombe une très jolie place arborée avec vue sur le Tage en hiver. Depuis sa terrasse, il est délicieux d’y prendre son petit déjeuner au soleil et de profiter de l’illumination de Sao Vicente à la nuit tombée. Spacieuses, les pièces à vivre (40m²) se composent d'un salon, et d'une belle salle à manger adjacente, de deux chambres et deux salles de bains indépendantes. Le canapé peut se transformer en un canapé lit de 140x200 pour un 5 eme couchage sur demande . La cuisine, indépendante est entièrement équipée. Les couleurs joyeuses de l'appartement et l'ameublement Vintage font également sa différence. Important : Les prix indiqués sont pour 4 personnes , si utilisation du canapé lit pour une 5ème personne prévoir 25€ supplementaire par pers /jour ( à valider avant sejour) Toutes les pièces profitent de belles fenêtres, etanttraversant il est tres bien ventilé. \- Rare à Lisbonne, l'appartement est chauffé, ce qui est bien confortable en hiver. \- L'appartement est equipé de ventilateurs si besoin . Nos avons fait le choix de ne pas installer la climatisation pour respecter une Green attitude :-) \- L'appartement se situe au 3 ème etage d'un petit immeuble de 4 etage ( 1 appartement par palier) accessible par l'escalier principal de l'immeuble \- L'appartement n'est pas equipé pour acceuillir de tres jeunes enfants ( pas de lits BB à disposition ni chaise haute) et nous recommandons aux parents d'etre vigilants avec leurs tres jeunes enfants notamment sur la terrasse ( securité) ARRIVEE Vous serez accueillis par Simone ou quelqu'un de son equipe, Trilingue (anglais-français -portugais) Simone vous communiquera les bonnes adresses de la ville pour passer un merveilleux séjour. The location of your apartment was just perfect! We were able to get Ubers easily to any of the major attractions or any restaurant that we wanted to try. As highlighted by other reviewers we felt this property let itself down by issuing quite so many ‘rules’ there were several slightly official e-mails followed by a whole written file of rules on the table but no welcoming touches - a small jug of milk, a folder with some local ideas / restaurants and / or a friendly note maybe would offset the regular reminders for cash to pay tax etc. We are regular users of similar sites to VRBO & always do our very best to care for any property as if it is our own - here we felt like we had done something wrong before we even arrived. This apartment is truly lovely but you need to be able to over look the strictness to really enjoy it! ##### CARYN K. It was clean and in a nice area in Lisbon. Just down the hill are some great restaurants and shops. One thing that was not ideal for us was the accessibility. The apartment is in a 3-story walk-up apartment building. While we were prepared to tackle the hills and stairs of Lisbon, we did not anticipate having to walk up 3 stories every time we went back to our air B&B. This was not shared in the description on the site. Personally, we would not have rented this air B&B if we had known about the stairs. Overall, it was a nice apartment. ##### Dana W. Fantastic communication. We loved the location. Centrally located to so many wonderful places. Be prepared for walking hills during your stay. Nice, clean property on the 3rd floor (which is American for 4th). Owners should provide a list of nearby restaurants and other favorites. There are some, but not a ton, of local non-touristy places nearby. OPrego was our favorite. There was some miscommunication about the check in process, and there are a lot of "rules" which were a bit obnoxious - but which we overcame quickly. ##### Rob S. Many food options in the neighborhood. Kitchen and bathrooms modern and well-stocked. Plenty of room to spread out with a glass of vino verde at the end of a long day sightseeing.
