Total accessible indoor living area is 188.6 m2 + plenty of outdoor space to enjoy Portugal's sunny weather. Note: On this listing, you are NOT reserving the whole building. I live on the Ground floor of the building, and I might have visitor(s) passing through my floor. Other things to note PLEASE READ: AC/heating is available only on the top floor (3 bed 2 bath). But for most time of the year it's not needed. The gardener and pool maintenance guy might be here to work during your stay, but they don't require your presence. The cleaning fee is premised on the property being left in the condition it was in when you arrived. That means you should leave the amenities used clean (e.g. barbecue grill). If the property is left in excessively dirty condition, extra cleaning fee is charged.
