"The staff was knowledgeable, experienced and cordial. The breakfast staff could not make it any better. They were extremely accommodating, polite and friendly. Kudos to all the staff."
"On average everything is good. Except it is a long walk to the center of everything. Walking to there is fine but when you return to the hotel it’s a bit tiring as you hv to go up slopes. For our age past 62 it’s a bit hassle"

"This hotel was close to the airport so a Bolt ride was cheaper than elsewhere in Lisbon. It would have been convenient for the hotel to have an airport shuttle like we hard a family member's Holiday Inn Express had."

"The staff really made the stay most enjoyable. We travelled with 2 young kids and they surprised them with popcorn kernels and a popcorn machine. It was the little touches of thoughtfulness and professionalism that really made the stay great!"
"Location was great, lovely spacious hotel. Would definitely recommend and will check this group of hotels out in the future. The only concern we had was the drainage smells coming from the shower and landing area.
Would be good to address this problem."
