This apartment is located in the region Liptov surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Western and Low Tatras.  
  
It is the perfect place for guests who value leisure in the peace and quiet of nature while also offering outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, kayaking, rafting, skiing, ski-alp, cross-country skiing, and many more.  
  
Within a few minutes by car, you can explore all the best attractions of LIPTOV, such as Water Park Tatralandia in Liptovská Mara, Besenova water park near the town of Ruzomberok, the dam Liptovská Mara, Liptovský Mikuláš, Ski Resorts Jasná, relaxation in thermal waters, thermal and mineral springs Liptovský Ján, mountain SPA resorts Permon, Podbanské, Amfiteater and observation tower Východná. Strbksé Pleso is a one - hour drive away. The area offers many opportunities for sporting activities, a number of mountain and bike trails, hiking, walking, and climbing routes, and cross-country trails.

The apartment is located on the second floor in a new estate decorated in the French Provencal style which combines charm with modernity.  
It offers 39sq m of space, featuring a spacious king - size bed, closet, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a small terrace.  
  
Café and grocery shop can be found in the building.  
  
You can park your car on the property. Train and bus stations are within walking distance, two minutes from the property.  
The apartment has city heating, which means it is turned off and on at times set by the city.  
  
Instructions for self-check-in will appear 48 hours before arrival in the reservation. Check-in between 16:00 and 23:00 is possible upon agreement with the host. Short-term rent is also welcome.
