« I booked this house for the property, the backyard, the dock, and it didn't disappoint. It's also about 20 mins from the main town (Cambridge) which was exactly what we wanted - a break from crowds and the bustle. We had such a relaxing few days just reading, fishing from the dock, and kayaking. We were four people, but this would easily fit two families. A wonderful stay overall. »

« Loved the property. Home well-maintained and well-appointed. Clean and comfortable. The kayaks, canoe and dock were our favorites! Trevor, the homeowner was accessible for answering questions or taking care of any issues. On day 1 there was a problem with one of the major appliances and I texted Trevor, who responded immediately and solved the problem quickly. Recommend without hesitation. »

« We loved this home. The location is excellent--close to areas like Easton and St Michael's, but out of the way and secluded. We loved sitting on the lawn by the Dixon Creek and watching the sunset. House is well stocked, and wifi is strong--supported 3 people who had to work. Highly recommend this beautiful home. »

« Wonderful stay at the house. The house was as advertised and had all necessary amenities. We had a blast together and didn’t have to worry about a thing with the house. I will note that the back steps that lead from the porch are very steep and elderly adult took a fall. A note on this or new steps would be great. The place was very clean. It is pet friendly so one room upstairs does have a ton of old stains. The main couch that looks out over the water is also very stained. But the location,...

« A wonderful, somewhat secluded home for a weekend family retreat. Very clean, well appointed, and space for everyone. Kate, the hostess, was so thoughtful and highly responsive. It all came together to make a truly special extended family weekend. »

« We were looking for a secluded get away that was pet friendly, and afforded us a chance to unwind and disconnect a bit - and Deborah's place fit the bill. The house was comfortable and big enough for our family of 5 plus a family friend and 2 dogs. The property allowed our dogs to run and have fun and also provided loads of fun for us. We played basketball, fished from the pier and did a bit of crabbing. Our stay was in July which, unfortunately was jellyfish season so no swimming for us this go...

« The house was very clean and was great for our home base while visiting family in St. Michael’s. The owner was very response and friendly. The house included all basic amenities and then some! The owner really took the time and care preparing this place for guests. Downtown Cambridge is a short drive and a cute little town with shops and restaurants. We didn’t have a ton of time to explore downtown but plan to on our next stay! »

« We enjoyed our stay visiting family in Talbot and Dorchester Counties. The house provides a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed visiting the Harriet Tubman Museum during our stay. We appreciate that staple items such as trash bags, dishwasher soap and paper towels were provided. We would love to stay again when in the area. »

« There was 19 in our group. I rented two locations. This was one of them and was perfect for all the adults and kids. They had a great time and really enjoyed the use of the pool. The place was very clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The host was very helpful and answered any questions quickly. »
