"We absolutely loved the house , one neighbor across the street. Off street parking, great fully loaded kitchen. Comfortable sofa , chairs and beds. Clean house , country decorated.A short drive to some great antique shops and restaurants. "

"Owner was easy to get in contact with. Kitchen was well stocked. They even had pasta, bagels, cream cheese, juice and a basket of snacks! Plenty of towels and all beds had linens and pillows. Plenty of space for our two families and the kids loved the games! We were visiting our oldest who attends Lock Haven University and could walk to her dorm. Will definitely stay again when visiting her."

"My husband and I went to go to the LLWS. Made it to the park 3 days. If we weren’t at the games my husband was fishing in the creek. Caught quite a few trout. The cottage was very comfortable and cozy as well as rustic. The woodworking was beautiful. It definitely stay again"

"This house is spacious, comfortable and accommodating for family gatherings. (Though we did not need the accommodations for children, it would be very suitable for those with little ones.) The beds were comfortable and the linens were new, clean and abundant. The only negative aspect was the display of fly strips in a few of the rooms. The scenery was beautiful and the property was suitably maintained. I would recommend an upgrade to the decking structure, it was very worn and the railing was...

"Expansive, well-kept farmhouse with mountain views and flanked by cornfields. Well laid-out interior with thoughtful furnishings. Everyone in our group of 16 covering three generations enjoyed the stay. Best choice for a countryside getaway for a large group of people."

This was close and convenient, but provided the unexpected benefit of giving the disorganized branch of the family a landing spot for visiting, prepping and catching up before and after the reunion. "Nice house with beautiful views and everything you could need. We were only there for two days but we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the house was very hot when we arrived and it took a long time to cool the house down. It was a 92 degree July day though. I would like to come back in the Fall because I imagine the view would be outstanding."

"This property set up as a nice location for daily trips in to see the Little League World Series. The location was pretty good for that, and the residence itself was very comfortable and pretty much exactly as advertised. Communication is the host was very good. "
