### Holiday Apartment "Lieblingsmensch" with Private Balcony and Wi-Fi

Our beautiful holiday apartment in Lindau on Lake Constance is ideal for varied excursions. The 70 sqm apartment features a sunny, covered balcony with direct access to the bright living room with TV, couch, and showcase. The new, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. The cozy bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and bathtub as well as a separate WC. The apartment accommodates a maximum of two people.  
  
Amenities also include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. By bicycle, you can reach the Lake Constance shore, about 3 km away, via scenic bike paths and viewpoints. The accommodation is an ideal starting point for day trips by car to Lake Constance, Pfänder, Bregenz, Switzerland, Meersburg, and many other sights.  
  
With the guest card, you can use the bus and train free of charge. The Lindau city bus stops every half hour at our stop, which is only 100 meters away, and takes you to all districts of Lindau. A private parking space and a storage area for bicycles are available directly at the house.  
  
Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. Please separate your waste. For the preparation of the guest card, please contact your host family by phone one week before arrival. The apartment is not barrier-free.

#### Wunderschöne helle Wohnung

Pros: Wir haben 12 Tage in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Wohlfühlwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner als es die Photos darstellen. Sie ist gross,hell,blitzsauber und nichts hat gefehlt....die Küche so gut ausgestattet,das es Lust gemacht hat, dort zu kochen. Matratzen neu und super bequem.... Margit,die Vermieterin ,ist immer für Fragen ansprechbar. Die Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter entfernt und so kommt man auch ohne Auto schnell auf die Insel Lindau. Ich habe selten eine so ideale Ferienwohnung gemietet .

#### Sehr schöne, saubere, gut aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung mit tollem Balkon.

Pros: Ganz tolle Gastgeber, man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Die Gastgeberin hat viele, sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und wenn man Essen gehen möchte. Dieses Gästehaus empfehle ich jederzeit weiter.
