OG on 75 sqm welcome. The object is equipped for a maximum of 3 persons. Come in and marvel at the ancient but well-preserved stucco on the ceiling of the living room. Here and in and adjacent dining area they have plenty of room for cozy TV and game nights. The open and modern kitchen includes everything you need for a nice dinner. All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet or tiles. Furthermore, the apartment has a separate toilet with sink and washing machine. Down the hall you get into the bedroom with double bed (2x2m) and automatic ventilation. Directly adjacent you have a modern shower room on suite with a XXL shower. In the vicinity you will find a bakery, restaurants, the market square and the historic churches of the island. For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Zum ein-und ausladen darf man vor der Wohnung direkt kurz parken.Dafür gibt es auf der Insel so gut wie keinen Autoverkehr und die Wohnung ist auch trotz ihrer zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut organisiert, perfekte Lage auf der Insel, aber vor der Tür ist auch immer etwas los. Eine Bäckerei ist direkt neben dem Haus. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Matratzen eher auf der festeren Seite. Perfekte Dusche! Küche im Grunde gut ausgestattet. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Parkplatz, keine Geschirrspülmaschine, keine Kapselkaffeemaschine, was heute eigentlich Standard ist. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr klein. Das Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Fenster in einen kleinen dunklen Spalt zwischen zwei Häusern, für uns war das ein wenig ungemütlich. Es gibt leider keinen Balkon oder sonst eine Möglichkeit, seine Sachen etwas zu lüften. Die Nachbarin schaut ab etwa 16/17 Uhr bis in den späten Abend hinein TV, was in der hellhörigen Wohnung dann fast in jedem Wort mitzuhören ist....Daher ist die Wohnung für uns keine 5 Stern Bewertung wert, sie ist aber für einen kürzeren Inselaufenthalt sicher sehr zu empfehlen. ##### Michael P. Aug 20, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### schöne Auszeit mit der Familie Die FeWo ist toll gelegen und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man selber zu Hause hat. Die Einrichtung ist modern und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Einziger winziger kleiner Nachteil die Wohnung verfügt über keinen Balkon oder über eine Terrasse, wäre dass noch vorhanden, wäre sie perfekt. ##### Mario I. Jul 28, 2021 #### Tolle Altbauwohnung in traumhafter Lage Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. In gut 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Inselbahnhof. Besonders vorteilhaft ist der Schlüsselsafe an der Haustür. Dadurch kann man ganz entspannt ankommen und hat keinen Zeitdruck. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und hochwertig saniert und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut ist die Lage des Schlafzimmers nach hinten raus, da der Straßenlärm auf der Insel nicht zu unterschätzen ist. Insgesamt sind alle Fenster sehr gut isoliert, so dass man auch im Wohnzimmer seine Ruhe hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Egal, wohin man auf der Insel will, alles ist fußläufig innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der einzige große Nachteil der Wohnung ist, dass kein Parkplatz dazugehört. Aus Kostengründen haben wir unser Auto schließlich rund 4 km entfernt abgestellt, was schon recht umständlich war. ##### Sarah S. Die Wohnung ist umfangreich, gut ausgestattet. Lage, Abwicklung, Ambiente etc. in Ordnung. Einzig der Aufgang/Treppenhaus zur Wohnung ist offensichtlich „Niemandsland“ und kam relativ ungepflegt daher. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl dort gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft ggf. auch wieder buchen bzw. weiterempfehlen. Herzliche Grüße aus Bremen. D. Feldmann ##### Dirk F.
