Hotel was very clean, the room was very comfortable, WiFi worked ok, staff were friendly and the breakfast options were good. On the downside both myself and colleagues in other rooms found the rooms quite cold which was a bit of a shame. Also a lot of noise in the small hours from people laughing and chatting in the corridors outside rooms meant a broken nights sleep. I can’t entirely blame the hotel for this but maybe it’s something they could think about re signage or just policing things a little better. Overall pretty good but may look for alternative options next time.

Lovely stay
Really enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly. My wife is pregnant and requested another pillow which arrived within minutes. Spa was brilliant and the food in the restaurant and lounge was delicious.

Bathroom required dustbin and toilet brush and sufficient soap and tissues. Service in lounge inadequate. Cooked breakfast was cold and needed to be replaced. The Marguerita was not served correctly. However the staff were friendly and helpful and we found the beds very comfortable.

This hotelmgets a very mixed review. The staff were great a the hotel, its location and the golf course excellent. However, several niggles whilst we were there for a 3 night stay (and we've stayed before). First, stainedbath towel in our bathroom, second - door handle on bathroom came of and could not be fixed as maintenance team dont work weekends. Third and by the worst is the restaurant. The food is good but the menu very restricted if you dont eat meat. My wife doesnt and it meant that she would have had to eat the same meal each night if it werent for the chef switching out a fish for one that had run out. The 4esult was poor. We were advised that it was very difficult to change meals as the menu is fixed which usually means the meals are pre packs and not truly cooked from scratch.

Friendly staff, great venue. Gym was great. Swimming pool area tends to be busy at weekends, no good if looking to do laps, however there is a public pool nearby if this is what you want!

Very enjoyable stay. Seemed rather more expensive than previous visits. Enjoyed the pool. Food was lovely. Close to Brigg which is good for us.
