"We were in town for a wedding. Location was great to the wedding venue. We would definitely come back to this property again if our travel would take us to Lewes. The property was perfect, highly recommend this property to anyone. Just one suggestion maybe a TV out in the sun room, since that is where we spent most of our time."

"We are an older company and this rental was extremely thought out in all areas. All amenities were top notch and anything you possibly could need, other than linens and towels, were there. The decor just captures a beach vacation, very well appointed. The home was very clean and each space was set up for comfort and convenience. Several Pine trees surround the property, therefore a bit of pine needles do make ground level a little messy, however, my doggie didn’t want to leave, completely safe...

"I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place."

"We stayed at Janie's place as two families with an infant and two 4 year olds. The location is perfect, just far enough off the main strip that it wasn't too loud but an easy walk to great restaurants and the beach, and then an easy trolley to Funland for the kids. The private beach within Snug Harbor also can't be beat - perfect spot for the kids to play after dinner while the parents enjoyed a glass of wine and watched the sunset! There wasn’t as much grass area as I thought there would be to take my dog right outside but it worked out just fine. "This is an older beach cottage with some updates (floor, kitchen appliances), nice outdoor shower. We weren't expecting a luxury rental. Location is one block from the beach. Excellent. The 'yard' was useless as the water level was high and it was saturated/muddy almost up to the house. (it's basically a swamp). "Perfect location for Sea Witch Weekend. Walking distance to the beach, the main hub of town, but still in a quiet spot to which to return."

"This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were close to everything. We were able to bring out dog and because we were there in April she was able to be on the beach. The cottage was perfect for the three of us. We didn’t need to use the washer/dryer or the dishwasher, but it was nice to know they were there if needed. The little neighborhood was quaint and very quiet. We are planning on making the April trip an annual event and will hopefully be able to rent this again."

"What a gem of a property! My Girl Scout co-leader and I took our troop for a long weekend to celebrate their high school graduations. The house was a neat as a pin and well appointed with all of the supplies we needed to cook and enjoy the beach. We were steps from the beach and the Broadkill store on the island. Get the donuts at the store early because they do sell out by 0900!"
