Both bedrooms include full-size beds with fresh linens. The living space has a couch, dining table, and TV; the kitchenette includes full-size fridge, sink, gas stove/oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, and basics for meal prep. Heated for cool weather; fans available in summer. A practical, comfortable pick for up to four. Mount Lincoln, a two-bedroom riverside cabin, is located on the left side of the Pemi Cabins property. With its private deck overlooking the Pemigewasset River, this cabin combines rustic charm with practical amenities for a peaceful White Mountain getaway. The cabin accommodates up to four guests and includes the following: \*\*Sleeping Arrangements:\*\* Two separate bedrooms, each with a full-sized bed and fresh linens. Curtains and shades provide privacy and comfort, with the soothing river just outside as a natural “sound machine.” \*\*Bathroom:\*\* Full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo. \*\*Entertainment & Comfort:\*\* Comfortable living space with a couch, dining table, and cable TV. Mount Lincoln is equipped with heat for year-round comfort.
