Our home is set up to easily accommodate three to four families with a second kitchenette three large bedrooms with king beds in the main house and a separate 900 sq ft bungalow with five additional queen beds. All rooms have WiFi, smart TVs, and hotel quality mattresses and bedding. Our expansive covered decks are well appointed with a variety of sitting areas to soak in the views of the lake and rock hill formations. One of the covered decks even has a screened in sleeping porch with four more twin beds designed for you to bring your own sleeping bags and enjoy. We have a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games to play including a pickleball and basketball sport court, a putting green, a pool table, ping pong table, spike ball and we also have kayaks and paddle boards for you to enjoy out on the lake. It is an easy paved drive from the highway to our driveway and we have great neighbors on a quiet secluded dead end road. Lots of sleeping areas and plenty os space to spread out. The wrap around deck is amazing with 180 view of Lake Roosevelt and the mountains. Lost of comfortable furniture and fire table on the deck. The living room and kitchen has lost of room. We had 11 people In our group and never felt cramped. The pantry was huge for all our supplies. There is lost of good parking for the boats and the boat ramp is only a short drive away. The only minor concerns we had trouble with the oven getting up to temp once we figured it out it was fine. The deck railing needed to be cleaned it had bird droppings we wiped it of which was not a big deal. I would suggest adding a hair dryer to the bathroom down stairs - there was only one in the house. The ice markers did not work. The WiFi was great. The owner was very responsive to the Air condition electrical problem and it was fixed promptly.
