I was concerned about all the food left in the refrigerator and cupboards. I cleaned out the refrigerator and only used the dishes - no cupboard space as there was open flour, oil, sugar, etc. I could not get the coffee maker to work - Jace came over and cleaned it but that did not solve the problem and we didn’t have time to mess with it. The house had plenty of sheets and towels and a great washer and dryer. The shower in the second bedroom was terrific - the one in the master needs some work on the plumbing and is a bit difficult to get into and out of. The closets need some work. Extra pieces of the hanging units are laying around all over. But we really loved the drawer units in the master closet. Several light sockets and outlets were missing cover plates. The kitchen floor has been gouged leaving holes in the linoleum. There was cotton based materials coming off the roof. The backyard was fabulous and we enjoyed watching the golfers (the fox was fun as well). All the things I mentioned could be fixed with very little effort.
